Anticorrosion

Energop Sp. z o.o. has one of the most modern Corrosion Protection Department in Europe. The Corrosion Protection Department, being a result of the investment project carried out in the years 2008 and 2009, allows blasting of elements and complex anticorrosion protection, which includes hydrodynamic painting, metallization, passivation of austenitic steel.

• two independent blasting chambers of size: 6.5 x 5.0 x 18 meters and 5.0 x 5.0 x 24 meters for both carbon and austenitic steels,
• 1800 m² paint shop with three independent ventilations and heating function zones. All units are equipped with recuperation and gas concentration control system,
•  arc spraying chamber for metallization of piping and constructions made of CS, SS, Duplex, Super Duplex,
• passivation/pickling room for austenitic steel.
