The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to carry out the recruitment process for the job on the basis of Article 6.1.a (consent of the person), Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union EU/2016/679 of April 27, 2016) on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  4. Personal data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process.
  5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
  6. You have the right to access your personal data and to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the performance of the contract on the basis of Article 6.1.b (performance of the contract), Article 6.1.c (processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator), and Article 6.1.f (fulfillment of legally justified interests of the Administrator). letter c (processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator) and 6. paragraph 1 letter f ( realization of the Administrator’s legally justified interests) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union EU/2016/679 of April 27, 2016) on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  4. Recipients of your personal data may be, in particular, entities directly or indirectly related to the Administrator, as well as external service providers including:

a) entities that provide the Administrator with consulting, advisory, auditing, training, organizational, legal, tax, accounting assistance;
b) entities that provide the Administrator with workplace safety and security services;
c) providers of information systems and IT services;
d) entities providing postal or courier services;
e) bodies entitled to receive your data under the law,
f) other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of a personal data processing entrustment agreement. The Administrator, in connection with cooperation with its contractors, may entrust the processing of your personal data to the entities indicated above. However, in each case these entities will be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and to process it in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection.

  4. Provision of data is voluntary, but lack of consent will result in non-signing of the contract.
